Sims 3 Store Download Fail

I have been trying for over a month to download the party pack content that came with University Life and it will not download. My game is completely updated and works perfectly. I was even able to download other objects and install them just fine, its just the one party pack for University Life that I cannot download for some reason. It will download a little bit of it then say "There was a error downloading Content Party Pack". At first I thought maybe their servers were messed up as EA is prone to problems like this, but again I have been waiting over a month and do not know what to do. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.
