sims 3 store purchase history

hey the download on my store content won't work i tried to download them but nothing happens this never happen before i installed the new version of orgin so i don't know what to do

    Try clearing your browser caches or using a different browser. Everything works the same on different browsers.

    Chrome is 64 bit and firefox 32 bit. They are supposed to be making a Firefox 64 bit.In general Java does not work well on windows 8/8.1.  The new IE security is not a bug. Microsoft added it. I spoke to some Microsoft Tecs and they loath the new IE security! All I know is that it interfears with the TS3W file and Im sure other games too.
