sims 3 store worlds keep freezing

I downloaded my sims 3 expansions pack without pets just fine and the game worked. The moment I downloaded my store bought worlds from the sims 3 store the games freeze one minute in. At which point it does this for every single world including expansion pack ones and sunset valley. I uninstalled, clear cache, did safe boot. I set every setting to low making my game look so odd and without colour.  Literally everything and it's still the same. it's so annoying as I spent os much money in the sims store buying these worlds only for them now not to work and mess up my game.

    @Livzz1245  Please test in a clean user folder.  I'm not saying you need to get rid of your saves or other existing content, just that it's a useful test.  Move the entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to it yet; just start a new save in Sunset Valley and play long enough to see whether it freezes like you're seeing now.  Don't change any of the default graphics settings either, except you can increase the resolution and switch to windowed mode if you want.

    If the game does freeze, please stop here and let me know.  Otherwise, quit the game, install one store world (but nothing else), and try playing in that world.  Let me know how it goes.

    Please also let me know whether you're signed into iCloud and if so, whether it's full or close to it.
