@MinnaAF An invalid code error usually means you are entering the code wrong (a B for an 8, etc). When you copy and paste you may be copying unseen characters and the code will be invalid. The code you got from the registry should be a good code but you may not be able to enter the code more then the one time. Is your game in Origin? What is the game version - lower left in the game launcher?
- 8 years agoI have my game as a CD, and a few days ago I manged to find the CD, but the paper with the code itself wasn't there. And in my new conputer I don't have a ODD (where you put the CDs) so I tried copying all the files and transfering them to my new conputer. And I got to InstallWizard and everything worked, I entered the serial number and continued. But when downloading it told me I needed to locate the file: cache/moonlight.falls.cache (or something very similiar) and I tried manually by searching for it on my old conputer and sending it and then putting in with the rest of the files but it still didn't work so I tried with having it in a folder alone and a few other things. But I never got past that step.

@MinnaAF The pack HAS to be installed - - there are files that are created and put in the registry. DO NOT edit the registry as you can make the computer non bootable and you'll have to reinstall the operating system. The software on the dvd (disc) is out of date and if your game is in Origin the DRM is not the same. Do you have access to your old computer? If the old computer hasn't been reformatted yet google and download a program called gamekeyrevealer. If the code is still in the registry it should be displayed. This game has a complex structure and is easy to upset the integrity to a point it won't run. There is files that are created by the installer and registry entries that are made. It is very hard to do a manual install.
