Sims 3 Supernatural badge VANISHED!!!

Hi,  i have brought the Sims 3 supernatural game for pc on the 17th on november 2012, and i registered the game on my account http://mypage.thesims3.com/mypage/Thomm96 after registering my game code i got the sims supernatural badge which was next to my sims 3 Badge, but after i loaded my game on my pc and i checked my internet profile, the badge has vanished, since it only shows i have sims 3 and sims 3 showtime, i would like to request that if there is reason this vanished and i would like it if my supernatural badge can be returned to my game badges, thanks.
