Sims 3 Supernatural isn't playable/not showing in Launcher

Hello everyone, 

I am trying to solve this issue now since 1 and a half year. Last year not really actively because I did not care that much but here I am again, since I wanna play the (imo) best Sims game again.

So my problem is what some other people already have been struggling with: The expansion is not showing up in the launcher. Also, I can't press "play" on the expansion in the EA App. Every other expansion is showing a play button. EA App says the game is fully installed.

I have tried many things before. Reinstalling the App, the game, clearing cache, clearing registry entries, clearing user data (in documents). Nothing is working, also the EA Support Chat said multiple times they have no clue and I should write here now instead. I am completely sad and lost and out of ideas. Every other expansion is working and showing up in the launcher.
