Sims 3 Supernatural Limited Edition Content

Question

HiI just got Supernatural Limited Edition on Pre-order from GameStation and went to download the exclusive content (pea shooter, cone hat &amp; zombie suit).I typed in the code that was on the leaflet in side my box and it said that my code had already been used. So I checked my download history,&nbsp;the game and its not there.&nbsp;What should I do as the box was sealed when I got it but I can't get the content that I paid for and should have received from Sims?Thanks&nbsp;😕mileyhappy:
