Sims 3 Supernatural: pre-ordered game not avilable

I have pre-ordered the "Sims 3 Supernatural" game and I was told today is the release date for the game. however, when I log in to Origin in tells me the game is not yet released.

Did this game work for anybody so far?

    I am having the same problem. Was suppose to be out today. I have my invoice and everything, but NO game. I bought the direct download. $43.30.. And I REFUSE to buy it again. Also, why doesn't Origin have a PHONE # to call them? (at least I haven't been able to find a number) 😕mileysad:

    They probably won't let everyone download at the same time.

    Also, for other countries than the US/Canada/.., the game is not out yet

    Does anyone know when the physical copies will be sent out?

    I purchased the "mac/pc" bundle, and I got an email saying it would be shipped shortly, but the tracking number doesn't work.
