Sims 3 Supernatural Won't Download

I bought the Sims 3 Supernatural back in 2012 on origin digitally, I successfully downloaded it on my old laptop.  Now on my new laptop, I cannot download it.  It's been an issue for a year that I keep trying to fix and get no solution, even contacting EA specifically.  I cleared the cache, updated the game, but I go look up Sims 3 Supernatural; it's saying it is owned but when I press "download now" nothing happens.... I really wanted a solution... :/ Pleaseeeee
