sims 3 there was an error during startup please see the log for more details

I just got the new expansion pack, seasons, downloaded it, and when i went to go play it, it said at the start up screen " there was an error during startup please see the log for more details" i uni...

Someone help me plzzzz I uninstalled origin and the sims 3 and this problem is still happening
