@glitterglich First thing I notice is your system drive only has 11.3Gb free space out of 160Gb. This is NOT enough free space to run the windows operating system. I don't know why ASUS partitions the system drive (c) like this. More then likely this is your primary lag cause. At this point temp files used by apps and the operating system are probably fragmented and causing delays in reads and writes. Your integrated video chip is also using your system memory and that could really affect performance especially if free memory is low. If you are a casual Windows user you need to increase the system drive (volume). The video chip is not in the game database and may not be configured for the game correctly causing additional issues of performance. As the AMD A series really doesn't have dedicated video memory (it reserves an area of main memory which is DDR3) and some other engineering of the A series processor I would not recommend an A series AMD video chip for 3d gaming. It just does not perform like a dedicated video chip with its own memory.
If your computer is a desktop it MAY have a mirco atx motherboard and I see a video card slot. It really really needs a video card (recommend mid range card) installed. It will help the video but won't fix the storage. Depending on the card you select you may need to upgrade the power supply at the same time.
