Sims 3 Unable to download purchase

Hello,

I have two purchases in my purchase history that I am unable to download. When I try to download my purchased items, it tells me that I do not own them. I attempted to discuss this with live chat, but they referred me to this forum. I would really appreciate some help on this one. The two items in question are "Lunar Lakes" and "Stones Throw Greenhouse".
