Sims 3 Uninstalled and will not reinstall

Using the EA App. Sims 3 worked fine yesterday, but today went to play it and it is showing as uninstalled. Each time I try to reinstall it, it does not begin a download. I've restarted the EA App multiple times, and can't get it to work.

Do you fully own The Sims 3, or were you accessing that through an EA Play membership that's no longer active? Please check the order history for your EA account to verify how you owned this game.
