All of my Sims 3 store downloads were installed, and I had been using them in gameplay. However, today when I loaded, they were all uninstalled. When I tried to install them, it told me my game needs an update, but there is no update available.
@yoshiqueshana It sounds like you may need to install your Store content into a clean user folder. Please follow the instructions here:

If the content installs correctly in the new folder, you can transfer your saves and other content and pick up where you left off. If the content does not install correctly, even the first item you try, stop there and let me know.
Creating a clean folder let me install most of my Sims 3 store things. It didn't install my Sims 3 Pets add ons (Graham's Pet Swap Shop or Atomic Age Pets...) [it said I didn't have the right expansion pack installed, but my launcher says Pets is installed.] or the Freesyle DJ Booth or Ultimate Venue and Stage objects, but I can live without these. I got everything else.
@yoshiqueshana Is Pets loading in-game? If not, that would explain why the pet-related objects wouldn't install. I think the DJ booth is tied to Showtime, so same question there. But if you're satisfied, then there's no need to pursue it further.
I just loaded the game today, and it has uninstalled everything from the store again today. I am going to try to just unstall the sims 3 and reinstall it completely.
