Sims 3 uninstalled Sims 3 store things and won't reinstall

All of my Sims 3 store downloads were installed, and I had been using them in gameplay. However, today when I loaded, they were all uninstalled. When I tried to install them, it told me my game needs...

@yoshiqueshana  Is Pets loading in-game?  If not, that would explain why the pet-related objects wouldn't install.  I think the DJ booth is tied to Showtime, so same question there.  But if you're satisfied, then there's no need to pursue it further.

I just loaded the game today, and it has uninstalled everything from the store again today. I am going to try to just unstall the sims 3 and reinstall it completely.
