Sims 3 University Life and Party Pack

Hey, I had the some problem once, but then I found out to do this:

Log on your origin.

look in the menu "help", look for your orderhistory. 

Then click on the newest one, that should be university. (if it's the newest one you just bought)

In there you can see the code for the game, and the codes for party pack, and that school stuff pack.

Now you go to sims3.com and log on.

Now go to your store account, and choose "Redeem code".

Here you can write in the c ode for the extra packs.

When you have done that you just go to your purchase history.

And there they are, ready to download. 😉

Or.... was it after you did that, that it won't work??

I'm having the same issues!! I followed all the steps but when I click "download" nothing happens =( They are in my purchase history but for some reason they just won't download!

I tried this but the sims3.com says the code has already been used

Read the sticky on top of this forum.

If it shows in your purchase history but you can't download, check the log. It can be found in documents/electronicarts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log
