My operating system is Windows XP I have Service Pack 3
The game crashes when I have double clicked on the icon and when it comes to loading the game screen is black doesn't even load comes up with encountered a problem and needs to close -send error report , don't send
I usually play the game most of the night but can't even play the game at all
I have Expansion Packs Seasons & University Life
I have DirectX 9C so Graphics Card is up to date
I am not using custom content and mods at all
I have reinstalled the game and it still says the same thing
Game used to work 3 months ago until I had a virus in March , viruses have been removed since and Windows was reinstalled completely it seems odd on why I have the error now and I didn't before. I have looked at what the error says
App Name TS3W.exe. The game meets requirements for my system because as I said the game worked before it's bizarre on why it doesn't now. Last week I tried to get it working twice and it did work, I exited the game and went to play it again but that error came up my brother even tried getting it to work and it did work so he did the same thing I did by exiting the game and tried it again but that error came up.
