Sims 3 University Life won't download

I've paid for my University Life game. I reinstalled Origin. I tried to manually install using the code and it says it has already been redeemed. I've restarted my computer. My wait time was only "20-25" minutes, so I stayed on. It's now been an hour and a half, still haven't been served. I've been on hold on the phone for an hour. Some of my games in origin disappeared.

It seems like it's working itself out... I didn't have to do anything for it to fix itself.  Just keep waiting... I hope you get yours soon.  I got an error code three times when I tried to download mine before it would finally start downloading.  

It's 1:20 CST and my game still hasn't unlocked and I have a 665-670 minute wait on the chat support thing.

My chat support said "20-25" from the beginning and it's been 2 hours. I can't imagine what 660-665 actually is. ☹️ But it's probably best to jump in line while you can.

Having issues like everyone else it seems downloading the game. I am able to download up to 53% and then it just stalls out telling me to restart the download. This is ridiculous, who's bright idea was it to release Sim City and Sims 3 University Life on the same day? You would think that some sort of pre-planning for hiccups in the system would have taken place. Usually I am very satisfied with my EA/Origin purchases, but this time around I am very disappointed in the lack of preparation for high volume downloads, the lack of answers, and the lack of updates to the consumer. 

I'm having the same problem. Mine says I can't play until March 7th. This could be because my Origin account said I was from Australia for some reason? I changed it to United States and it still isn't working?! The wait time for customer service went from 325 minutes to 25 minutes back to 200 minutes.

I having the same issue....Pre-ordered the Direct Download, was sent an e-mail with codes for the school spirit and party pack stuff, but even after uninstalling and reinstalling Origin, the game shows up but is greyed out and says it hasn't been released yet, even though I have successfully pre-ordered the game.

I freaking stayed up until 3 am last night on a school night, hoping it would be ready to download so I could get things set up for after my classes. It's 8:41 pm for me, West Coast in US, and I still can't download my game.

This may be the last straw with EA games. I love this series, have been here from the beginning, but this is ridiculous.
