Sims 3 website cannot change avatar background!

So I recently got the sims 3 like a month ago... I uploaded my own avatar to the sims 3 website as my profile pic, but I cannot change the avatar background so it just plain white. I know the steps...

Just letting you know that I've also flagged this issue to The Sims team for investigation.
