Sims 3 website cannot change avatar background!

So I recently got the sims 3 like a month ago... I uploaded my own avatar to the sims 3 website as my profile pic, but I cannot change the avatar background so it just plain white. I know the steps...

Hey all,

The team has identified the issue occurring with the avatar backgrounds at this time, unfortunately the fix that needs to take place is quite complex and resource consuming.

As this is a visual issue that isn't affecting gameplay they've had to prioritize this lower on the list for now. It's still being tracked and planned to be resolved, but this isn't something we'll be able to resolve soon I'm afraid.

  @EA_Cade Thanks for the Update. I don't mind having to wait for the fix. Take the time you need as long we know what is happening. Thanks for letting us know 🙂

  A month later and the issue still hasn't been fixed... The website is so abandoned

    @Ethernet_meThey said it's low on their list but being worked on. It's something they are not able to fix soon sadly since they said it's also complex and resource consuming. It's only visual issue and the site is still working good. Be patience. They will hopefully fix it when they can.
