Just wanted to give a update. The my page goodies load again but still can't change the background but I know patience. Just wanted to give the update that I did give before when I couldn't load the my page goodies.
I was able to change my avatar Background 🙂 It does still show in goodies that I'm using the old one but displays that I'm using the new one. Edit again. It sort of works. When you change your main avatar it goes back to the old background. The work around. Just change to the background you want to use and it's good. Use the work around until it's issue for backgrounds is fixed properly. Better then nothing. Edit again. The newly changed Backgrounds though don't display everywhere. Studios and uploader's info on some of the other uploads they made on the exchange. My page is the only place for the change.
