Sims 3 website is down?

Are you still seeing this error, or are you able to access the site now? 

I think I now know why the pages go blank. Here is what I found.

It's the speech bubbles breaking the pages on memory posts! My friend posted the memory with speech bubbles and now my page is blank until I fix it myself with a temp unsub. All the tests I have been watching I have now got it down to this! I think we have now have all the evidence on this issue.

Are you still having issues with the site today? 

There is still issues with my pages going blank and the memories posted seem to be the cause. Edit I check some the others that are on my list my pages and this is what some are looking like today.

This is it even though they have some recent posts.

I am getting the 502 Bad Gateway error when I try to log into the store. Is it down for maintenance?

I haven't been able to get on the site at all today (11/13) I'm getting a 502 bad gateway error before today I was still having the other problem with the site. I think my page needs to be purged.

I'm still getting this issue and haven't been able to access the site since yesterday.  Am unable to sign into the launcher but am able to get signed in  after the game loads.

Same here for 502 Gateway Error. I chatted with basic technical support and they said the website is not under maintenence and they'd look into it.

Hi, I have had the same issue all day and night yesterday and today and tonight. I also can not use the exchange. Gateway Error 502.
