EA fixed their domain issue very quickly. Now I get a failed login loop with the website and the game launcher.

For days, I have not been able to login in to the website to view My Page. I am trying to login to the website not through the game launcher. I click on the Login link and nothing happens.
I had made some changes to Chrome and Edge browsers to not allow javascript. Thinking that may have been the problem, I have reversed those settings but still cannot login. However, I also have tried to login with DuckDuckGo without success.

Thank you again for the information! I was not aware that they had performed maintenance. I really hope they do something to fix this.

That is terrible I am so sorry. I am not sure what else to do to get more attention on this. I hope that if enough of us create or interact with the posts on this forum that it will become too big for them to ignore it. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to reach out to EA support to create more tickets? I really don't know.

I'm unable to log in to the site too. I noticed it last week when I wanted to download something from the Store.

I get the log in loop now-was getting the 503 error, and was having trouble filing a support ticket, tried in Firefox and I get an Error 500 internal server error, and no option for contact us, this is getting really annoying, I wish they'd get it fixed

Actually I take back my last comment about taking an hour, my apologies. It would take much longer, but maybe not this long.
They are either working at a really slow pace or not at all. I know that many of you know all this already but I will post it anyway.
This is what I found out :Because this problems we are all having requires actual engineering work, not a simple reset.
To fix this, EA would need to:
Add more server capacity
Reconfigure load balancers
Upgrade infrastructure
Fix backend service timeouts
Review database performance
If everyone is experiencing the same thing and the timing matches predictable load patterns, the cause is unquestionably the server infrastructure.

my problem is just that when i open up sims 3 I can not access or login the store it just keeps giving me the popup cant connect to server and the welcome page in the sims 3 wont load just blank

It has been about two week for me since I could login into the site as well. EA support might as well be a brick wall. After days of trying I got told this.
"Apologies for the inconvenience, I will report this error to the team so they can investigate this. Please also do up vote this onto our EA forums here at https://forums.ea.com/ so the dedicated team working on these cases can directly gather these reports from you and other players. PM Our team will share the updates by replying to your post as soon as they review it and also via our social channels. I have recorded this login issue with the Sims3 webstore and will report it to the team. Meanwhile apart from this, if there is anything else I can assist you with please let me know. I'll be happy to assist you."
