What does that have to do with getting to our items and stuff on The Store? That cant help with this. That is just a CC site, makes me wonder if the site might be yours or you are involved in someway.

When I tried to login moments ago, it just like blinks and just stays on the page I started on. I mostly just wanted to download some of my own Sims I have up on the Exchange, because though I thought I had already got them all of there, for my game, I am missing some. If they don't fix the site, it means all my own Sims even are lost, along with the items I bought from them. Sure at the moment I have I believe all of it in my game, but if something happens and I love my Downloads from this current game, I wont be able to get it back now.

That happens to me when I need to refresh my browser. I'm not having any trouble with my Sims 3 page at the moment. Close your browser, clear the cache and re-open.
I wonder what effect the Australian under 16 ban will have on this ... I don't know if forums count as social media.

Here is a screenshot of my Sims 3 page which is working just fine, which I interacted with just these very last few minutes.
You can see the date and time down the bottom right of my task bar.
Are you trying to access your page through your game, the EA App, or your browser?
Try using your browser and type the address manually into the address bar: www.thesims3.com
or click on this link: http://www.thesims3.com
or do a Google search for "sims 3 my page" to which the top result I get is:
And that result works just fine:
And then logging in worked just fine as well. However, it showed things like sim points, friend requests etc, so I'm not going to show you that one.
My game is on a separate computer and is offline, in fact the computer is not connected to the internet and doesn't have wi-fi. I initiated it while connected via an ethernet cable and then disconnected it after that. I've been transferring pictures with a stick. I've had the game on this computer too though, just not as elaborate because this is only a laptop. And I've been accessing my My Page the whole time.

I am pleased you can access your page and everything else. There are so many players that can't and because they are no longer using the site, the servers or server, I don't know how many, are not as busy. My wall has been working better since many players are not online. This does not mean that it is fixed. There is less traffic for the servers to cope with, that is all. We all know what site to go on, we have been doing it for many years. I have been on the site since 2009. It has nothing to do with any cache or browser or anything like that. It is the server or servers issue.
Users connected to a different operational server may be fine. They need to fix the server or servers that we are experiencing problems on and do a full maintenance for us ALL to be able to get back on or use the site properly.

DivinylsFan , your post got my hopes up that something was fixed, but it wasn't. I'm still unable to log in. It seems that login still works for some lucky people for unknown reasons!

I don't think it was meant that way. This site has been going for many years and I think what shane was trying to say is that he has personally found the site useful for store downloads as he cannot access his store stuff and then given them a donation...Which you don't have to do in order to use it. It was him being generous to the CC creators. I think wires got crossed.

nah, aroundthesims is a well-known and long-time site. sandy's been running ats since sims 1. that person isn't sandy, but they clearly also don't understand what the issue we're all having is

we're not upset because we can't figure out how to get content. we're upset because we can't get to our studios where we have creations saved, or the store where we have content that we've acquired (through gifts or purchases). this isn't about finding new places to get cc.
this thread is about making sure that the team that is supposed to be supporting and maintaining the store does so.
