SIMS 3 WILL NOT DOWNLOAD TO MAC VIA ORIGIN

Hi, it will not let me download my SIMS 3 game through origin on my MAC, it says I either have to turn off firewall, run as admin or restart ( I have done all three) and it still will not work!

Hi @jeng_35.

When you've got the chance can you try resetting Origin on your Mac to see if that helps at all?

For more details on how to reset the client check out the EA Help site. Let me know if you're still getting that same error message afterward.
