Sims 3 will not install - only "play" option. [Mac]

Been trying for a week now to install my Sims game onto my computer - been through lots of online help chat's and still nothing. Origin ID: becciboodles Are you opted into the Origin Beta? Yes OS...

If in Origin it still says "Play" then there is something in Preferences that needs to be reset so that you can try to download again. If you cannot find the setting yourself then you may need to contact EA Customer Services for further help or to reset it for you.
