Sims 3 won't launch after installing Exchange content

Question

My game will not launch as well and when it does it disappears. When I delete the game and reinstall it, it will work just fine but when I install content from the exchange and its the same content that i have played with for years and never have had an issue it doesnt seem to want to work at all.&nbsp; I have updated my drivers, cleared the caches. I have done everything this forum and the EA help has suggested and nothing has work.&nbsp; I have attached diagnsotics

katfink1&nbsp; Does this problem happen if you don't install anything from the Exchange?&nbsp; Please test and let me know.&nbsp; Just because items used to work doesn't mean they work now, or that they can always be installed safely without affecting your game.
There's no need to uninstall and reinstall when this problem happens.&nbsp; Simply move or rename the Sims 3 folder in Documents &gt; Electronic Arts, and you'll have removed all the Exchange content.&nbsp; If this somehow doesn't make the game work again, that points to a different source of the issue.
