@samonie33 You may need to add your graphics card to the games database. If you like, I can help with that—please post the full specs of your Mac, as well as the device ID of your graphics card, as described here:

Or, if you see your card listed further down on that page, you can download the prepared text and add it to your .sgr files.

Hello, i've come to the realization that my sims 3 file is completely blank, and I don't know where to get the files from. I would love some further help
My Macbook air:
OS X
8GB Ram
250GB SSD Storage

@samonie33 What file is blank? And I specifically need the device ID of your graphics card, the second part of the info here:
