@pqgpnqwin1lb While your computer doesn't have a 12th-gen Intel Core processor, your dxdiag lists the same type of Sims 3 error as those who do have those models, so the same workaround they use may also help you. Specifically, the goal is to limit the game to one CPU core while it's loading. You can accomplish this with the patch made by Lazy Duchess:
