Sims 3 won't load

Question

Hi I have a Mac for starters and for some reason my game won't load after pressing play from the launcher. It will open the game and then it will stay on a black screen with a white screen will pop up as well. The crazy thing about it is that it was working perfectly fine (with cc included) and as soon as I quit the game it'll do that. I have ran the game without CC and it loaded in perfectly fine so I know it's not my cc but once I don't it won't load. Im not sure how to fix it.&nbsp;

I am in the exact boat as you today but on Windows. I've tried repairing via EA App and other tricks, but nothing has worked.&nbsp;

ptxkaylaa&nbsp; If the game runs fine without your custom content, but doesn't open with your cc, then the problem is your cc, it's that simple.&nbsp; Here's a guide to getting rid of bad cc:

xsharllot&nbsp; Please create your own thread, since troubleshooting in macOS is somewhat different than in Windows.&nbsp; Describe what happens when you try to play, and provide a dxdiag as well.
