I'm trying to install all my sims 3 games with their codes on the application electronic arts. Even though I bought all my games at electronics art directly or at certified shop, for the sims 3 World Adventure the code is not working. All of the code of the other sims 3 have worked correctly but this one is not working. What should I do ?

@fredbear54 You'll need to contact EA customer support about the code. If you have an e-receipt, take a screenshot of that, including the email header; if you have a physical copy, take a photo showing the disc, its case, and the product code (clearly readable). In either case, you can upload the image when you're submitting the help request.

I would strongly recommend choosing the live chat option. If you don't see it, make sure the location in the lower-right corner of the screen is set to U.S. or U.K., or choose a slightly different category of issue. Manage My Account > Find Missing Game worked for me the last time I tried, although the live chat option was buried below a very long email form.
