Sims 3 Worlds did not transfer from Origin to EA app
Hello! I’m a long time simmer. I played the sims 3 with CDs as they came out. So all of my Sims 3 content was purchased that way. When Origin updated years ago and allowed me to play my Sims 3 without the CD it was great and all my ep, sp, and worlds transferred. Now with the new EA App I was forced to move to(I’m a Mac user) my sims 3 World Bundle of Monte Cristo and Hidden Springs is not listed as owned content for me anymore. The EA app wants me to repurchase it. But when I long onto my sims 3 community account it’s listed as owned content but I cannot download it from there. Can any one help?
Janella_Bella It doesn't matter what the EA App says as long as your worlds show on your Store account. They need to be installed through the Store site anyway.
What happens when you try to download them? If you get an error, please post a screenshot or write out the entire text. Please also try to download both from your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) or from their product pages.
