Please can anyboady tell me how to get a new serial number as i have brought the game but i can't login on my new lap top. HELP PLEASE! 🙂

What error are you getting to login ? You should not need a new serial code. The game should be in your myGames library on the Origin client.
Have you downloaded Origin? You need to download origin for the game to work
This is for PC but you can scroll down your the mac link if you need mac
