Question

If a Sim owns property and dies, who gets the property? Is it the oldest child, even if they have moved out?&nbsp;As in, the last Parent in the househod dies, no children left in the household. Would the property go to the oldest child?

No, if the last parent in a household dies, you're send to pick a new households. All items (including deeds) you're family has owned are lost.

You should move someone back into your household before they die.
