11 years ago@Kimmetjeeee it's probably mod / CC related.
@pekesims maybe they should take out the mods folder? How to do that?

Before removing certain mods, you need to make sure your sims are not using certain interactions or things the mod itself introduces to the game. For example, if you are using NRaas' Traveler, you need to send all your families to their home town before deleting the mod.
But as I guess you don't really know which mods you have, we are going to backup all your game before removing the mods, just in case. That way, if something goes wrong, we can just recover everything from the backup.
- Make a backup of your game. If you have enough space in your computer, just copy/paste The Sims 3 folder from Documents/Electronic Arts to another location. If you don't have enough space let me know and I'll tell you which files you need to save at least.
- Mods are in Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Mods/Packages. You can remove all of them (you have a copy of them in the backup) or just rename "Packages" folder.
- Delete the file scriptCache.package from Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3.
- Load your game. Try to send your sims to work, let's see if that works now withouth mods. Let us know what happens, that way we will know if it was a mod issue or not.
