sorry about that...we're player shere trying to help each other if you wish to contact CS to assist with account/purchase isses try these steps
the $ charge is cards carrying the visa and mastercard logo all require retailers to institute the $1- $1.20 or so in some cases hold process and most also include debit cards. the charge is a preauthorization that provides a way for your credit card company to verify the card is valid before allowing you to use it when the amount of the full charge is not yet certain the $ charges are refunded tbh i have no idea how many business days that could be 7-10 days
