no mods, i was just playing the base game before i downloaded this game it ran fine, i have tried several new sims on this expansion, when i downloaded it (through origin) it said it updated but to be honest i dont know if it did how can i tell, what it the latest patch for this? where would i find it?
to find out what version you have hover over the little base game icon in the lower left corner of the launcher

your patched to the latest version then...it can be number of reasons for the invisible sims usually starting with the questions i asked to rule out the obvious ones
can you post a dxdiag of your pc ? the tech savy person will look at it and let you know i fyou need some updates in that department
ok i will but googling the latest patch for late it says there is a 6.5.1 could that be it?
