Sims hidden springs nowhere to be found! PLEASE HELP!

Ok, so i bought the sims 3 Hidden Springs through the origin thing that you get the games on and I can't find it on my games lise, it is as if I never purchased it. And I have been charged not once b...

None of the contect options will work for me when I go to that page. And also I have no code to redeem it as I was not given one and have no email with one on it either, it is not showing on my origin purchased games list even though I have paid for this twice, which is 40 euro. I'm not sure where to go from here ...
