Sims Login

So I have an origin account and everything, and I've tried to create an account for the sims community. When doing so, you have to enter the product code and you can only use it one time. I created that account but every time I try to log on it acts like nothing happened! When I try to log on it takes me to a page where it tells me to create a 'surname' for sims, and i've tried to do that too, but it just reloads the page everytime i click sign up. It's a viscious cycle that I NEED TO STOP. I just want to play my freaking game that I paid money for. I'm tired of all of the accounts, but without a sims account it won't let me save my sims data. PLEASE HELP ME BEFORE I THROW MY COMPUTER OUT THE WINDOW.

    the sims 3 uses the same email and password as your origin account so try that to log in also if the page keeps looping like that try clear the Internet cache and switching browsers if on chrome or safari try firefox or IE to log in
