Sims seasons cd missing, still got code

You can download the game through the Origin Client which you can download here: http://origin.com/download. Log in the client, if you've registered the games at thesims3.com, the games should already be available for download.

If you didn't, you should be able to redeem the codes.

Make sure to uninstall the disc version before you install the download one. You just need to reinstall Seasons.

I think I didn't register my games, cause it says I can only buy them. (Got origin on my computer)

How can I redeem my code and download the game somewhere?

Okey, I just redeemed my code, and it says in Origin that I got it.

But now I cant login in the sims 3 game launcher..

Try chaning the password on your Origin account and then try loggin in with that email and pw.

Tried that, still can't play and login.

Even restarted my pc

It says I have to put in the cd..

And with game updates it says im logged in, but at the homepage it just says I have to login..

It'll keep on asking for the Seasons disc as long as you have it installed because it's currently the most recently released game that you have.

You can download it from Origin instead and therefore not need a disc but you must uninstall Seasons first manually. Make sure to make a backup of your files before doing anything.

But now it says:

Please carefully re-enter the entire code found blabla..

So I do, click on done, and it gives me that same text over and over and over, how many times I check it, and enter those - ' s

When I click dont continue, it says:

The registration code is invalid for this product.

Now what?

Where do you get that message ? On Origin ? Are you downloading from the Client under myGames now ? Which code are you using ? The one in Origin or the one you had with the DVD or are they the same ?
