Sims Supernatural Gone?

Okay, so my Sims 3 updated recently, and it deleted one of my packs! To be specific, Sims3 Supernatural.

Each time I start the launcher with Supernatural inside my disc drive it asks me to install, when I already have. (In fact is was my first expansion pack)

So trying to fix this issue, I bought Late Night (something I had wanted anyway), in hopes to fix it. But it is still gone!

So then, I tried to fix it by reinstalling Supernatural, but here is the thing; I have already used my redeeming code!

I even tried going on the Sims3 website were I registered my game to try and get the code again, but it doesn't work?

Is there any help out there? ; o ;
