sims3 and sims 4 wont load
sims 3 and 4 wont launch 4 gives missing or broken files error 3 just makes my screen black. did everything tech support told bme to...none of it worked
@christinebruder There are a number of errors in your dxdiag related to the driver for your graphics card. Try installing the newest version from Nvidia:

Run it as an admin: right-click on the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer after installing it.
Please test both games afterwards. If you can't play one of them, try clearing Origin's cache:

and repairing the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the game's icon, and select Repair. Then move the entire Sims 3 or Sims 4 user folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop and try to play again.
If either game still doesn't work, please run a new dxdiag, so I can see the status of the GPU driver and whether there are any new errors.
