@puzzlezaddict It seems that I have a new problem,I just can't start a new game,do you know what maybe be the cause of it?
@maxlaton What happens when you try to start a new save? If you're getting a "serious error" message, this may be OneDrive-related. In that case, the first question is where your Documents directory, and therefore the Sims 3 user folder, is located. Please search in Windows for Command Prompt, open it, enter this command:
reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"
and paste the result here. Please also let me know whether OneDrive is running on this computer, and if not, whether you've removed it or changed any other settings.
If you're getting a different error, please post a screenshot; if you get no error at all, describe what you see when you try to play.

@puzzlezaddict It is really weird that the game fix itself after I remove the sim3 document folder the 2nd time. The first time I delete it,nothing changes, but the second time that i delete it and redownload all the shop items------it is just fixed. Really thanks you for your patience and good advice,I can never fix it myself without them. Thanks again!

@maxlaton I'm glad that worked, but not sure why. It could be a OneDrive thing, in that OneDrive synced some problematic files and redownloaded them the first time, but not the second. It's hard to prove after the fact though.
Still, the important thing is that your game is working now. Let me know if you need any further help, or if OneDrive becomes enough of a nuisance that you want to get rid of it.
