Did you check your purchase history here: https://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html ? Store content is found there and extra worlds are store content.

I bought my DV through Origin. No registration numbers given. It just downloaded instantly. I have uninstalled and installed DV five times through the purchase history at EA's site. Still missing Celtic Lands. DV has to be one of my favorite lands, even without Celtic Lands!
It might be at my end. My graphic card might be reading DV and may not be recognizing CL.
Celtic land should be a seperate download. Did you check your purchase history if it's there to download next to Dragon Valley ?
If not, did you buy the version that includes celtic lands (gold) ?
I bought (at full price), the gold bundle of DV through Origin...(I always buy the gold bundles through Origin because usually they're worth it.) I have checked my purchase history, and have uninstalled and installed Dragon Valley from my purchase history at EA's site five times. Celtic Lands was just briefly mentioned on my third attempt of DV installation. Celtic Lands picture never showed up separately in the launcher like Dragon Valley's did (or the other worlds).
Only from that third attempt, CL was mentioned and disappeared completely, and has never been mentioned again. It never downloaded separately in the launcher as all my other worlds have. I have contacted the EA's help team, and they said to uninstall DV and install it again.
The only thing Celtic I see is the gold Celtic Knot in the center of town in Dragon Valley.
Today will be my sixth attempt to install Dragon Valley and Celtic Lands from my purchase history at EA's site.
(Going to try something differently then before, both in uninstalling and installing DV and CL. I'll let you know how I made out with this as it might work and may help others with the same problem.) I keep hoping that at some point CL will finally download separately like it should.
If CL is not showing up as seperate download in your purchase history, contact a game advisor. I'm pretty sure it was not change to be included in the download but who knows.

After turning the computer off and on and downlaoding everything again, while watching CL bounce around, I got in touch with the EA help team again. Celtic Lands is a separate entity. You're right crinrict, the best thing to do is to contact the EA help team. My problem turned out to be a 'rare' case. The help team had to contact game specialists because my Celtic Lands were so hidden. The game specialists are still working on it, but it should be resolved very soon.

Celtic Lands is not an expansion pack like Dragon Valley is. Celtic Lands is 10 items that you can use in Edit mode.

This could be set up better (basically a link to the page to download) but it's not a scam. The main problem is that when you search celtic lands in the store and the web there is no way to find the bundle in the shop. Hope this helps yall.
