@magicxxmelodyxx IDK what is happening but the site seems to be partially down right now at the moment. It seems that the my page server is off line because I can't get to the my page. You and myself will just have to wait until they fix it.

It seems to be working fine again now will log in and the welcome page is back to normal thansks very much ive backed up my new stuff to my store content folder now so if it happens agin I should be fine I'm just happy I can finally use it!

@magicxxmelodyxx You will probably have to reset IE every time EA restarts the site. When a change is made to the site, the site must be restarted for the change to take effect. At this time the data in your browser's cookie will not validate to the site anymore you will have to reset the cookie in your IE or wait for it to expire. My TS3 launcher was messed up again today.

i did try the IE thing but it don't seem to work i did it on edge and IE, I was watching a YouTube video with my BF one of those gaming news things and they were saying how some big developers have been hacked and having big problems with online connections so maybe that could be the case wither that or I'm doing something wrong lol Nevermind like I've said before my sisters never seems to be effected so she can download it all for me if needs be xxxx

@shazbad56 Clearing the cache for Internet Explorer may resolve the launcher issue. Even if you never use it, the launcher does for some purposes. Be sure to uncheck the box to preserve data for favorites.

For the game issues, try pulling your entire TS3 game folder out of Documents and onto your desktop. When you launch the game again, a clean folder will spawn with no content. Start a new save in this folder, just to see how it runs. If it's better, you can move a bit of your content into the new folder from the old one and test again. Try one of your existing saves in the new folder; if it runs better, then the old folder had some corruption or old data that was slowing your game down.
If this doesn't help, please start a new topic describing the problems you're seeing in-game. (This thread is for launcher issues, so it's better to separate your question about the game running slowly.) It would help if you listed your computer's specs, or even better, ran a dxdiag; please also list the packs you have installed and in which worlds you're playing.

I've been having the same problem for a couple of days now, as have a bunch of other people on the site. This is something on EA or Origins end, there is probably nothing that we could do that would fix it.

@dippsp The issue isn't on EA's end, or there would be many more reports about it. Feel free to try clearing Internet Explorer's cache, as has worked for most of the posters in this thread.
