Sims3 Roaring Heights Registration Code/ Download Issue

Hi Sims People, I'm having a problem downloading my Sims3 Roaring Heights from the Origin store. I bought it on 24 Jan, along with Hidden Springs, which downloaded and is running fine. I'm running my Sims3 game through Origin, though Hidden Springs doesn't show up on the My Games section of Orgin. My OS is windows8.

So I entered the 16 digit code, first off, in the wrong page. I clicked on the wrong link in the instructions that came with the confirmation email, and ended up on the main Sims3 game registration page, and entered it in there instead. So when I re-entered it in the actual Roaring Heights registration page, it said that the code had already been used. Now, all this while, the game had been on my Purchase History page, and I tried a number of times to downlad it from the Purchase History page. When I did this, my Sims3 Launcher would open and then after about a minute a sign would come up saying that there was an error with the download, and to check the Log (whatever that is).

Thats all the info I really have, so if someone could give me an idea of what to do, I'd really appreciate it.

    fist off those are worlds and sims 3 store DLC items they will not be in your origin my gams tab nor have a desktop or launcher icon the code is 16 digits  you redeem that code on your the sims 3 account then download and install the world from your the sims 3 purchase history you will once the world is downloaded and installed find the world to play in in the main menu + new game you will still play from whatever game you normally play from

    1. Go to thesims3.com and log in with your account
    2. Go to the general redeem a code page: http://www.thesims3.com/incentive/generalredeem.html
    3. Enter the 16-letter code (this is not for 20-letter codes) and click on Submit
    4. Go to your purchase history to download the world (make sure your game is updated to the newest version)

    if you redeemed the codes in you rorigin account that can make it imvalid/used you need to contact CS if that happened

    the log the log can be found in documents/electronicarts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log c/p what it says for someone to look at  although that in most cases can mean your game not be uptodate with patch just hover your mouse over the base game icon to see if it says at the least 1.63 the newest 1.67

    and off the top of my head if origin open instead when downloading try this tips from crin (ty crin)

    Try the following

    1. Start Origin
    2. Click Play on Origin to start the launcher
    3. Close Origin (completely not just minimize)
    4. Click add to game on the exchange or download on Store Stuff.
