[SOLVED] Paypal Not Showing up as Payment Method

Hey, this is just a quick question I couldn't find the answer for when reading the Terms and Services in regards to digital products.

Why isn't paypal showing up as a payment method for Canadian consumers?

Whenever I try to purchase a bundle of simpoints, it skips past the payment method step and instantly has me entering credit card information.

If I change my language to English > United States then Paypal is available, but of course, it makes me fill out contact information and address and such, but since I am not a citizen of the USA, I do not have an address there, and thus the point is moot.

So I want to know why this is, and if there is a work around for someone who does not own a credit card?

    Nevermind, figured it out.  The change payment method, in a small link beside the Credit Card type, took me tow here I could change to Paypal.  Sorry, I didn't notice it before.

    I'm from mexico and i have the same problem, can't choose paypal method, and in the payment screen i don't see any link to change the payment method, please help

    im from Sri Lanka and i have setup my account in a way where the only payment option avilable is paypal. but when ever i go to checkout it always shows only the creadit card option and dose not have any links to change the payment type. need to get some games but stuck due to this stupid issue.
