i did lol at your video tbh that would annoy me too ,after seeing this i best test my own faire too thanks for the heads up if i convert to a festival lot
edit to add see if there is a spawner with buydebug on the lot you placed the faire or if the festival lot marker is causing a routing issue ( just a shot in the dark with the suggestions )
There are no spawners on those sets of stairs. The only spawner I have on the lot is a pair of Wildflower Spawners for the Spring setting, but those are located by the water's edge near the May Pole included with Seasons.
The Festival Lot Marker is placed at the entrance to the lot under the balcony/bridge on the ground level. Nothing is touching it or overlapping it on any of the settings.

i did place the faire in my game went to build mode to check if the grids for the ponds may have overreached and caused a dip near the stairs but no , could it just be the stairs themselves ? have you tried replacing that set of stairs and/or deleting one set
The stairs are the Ren. Stairs that came with the lot as part of the DLC. The only thing I changed was the railing.
that might be the answer the railings... replace the railings which imo that would be an odd thing to cause the glitch or at worst replacing the venue from the libiary and see if the issues persists
