Since they introduced the career clothing, people have seen all kinds of weird outfits. It seems the tattoo studio not only reset your age (which it loves to do) but also gave you a new career outfit.
If you take your Sim to CAS you should be able to change the outfit. If a second one was added, delete that and it should revert to the default one. If you still only have one, create one on your own, play a few days and then delete that one. That should also revert to the defautl one.
