still owned refunded game
i purchased the sims 3 base game and 4 other packs along with it one of the packs was not working properly and only one needed to be refunded but because i bought them all together they would only refund the whole order i wanted the other games and to repurchase them but they are still in my library if i download them they are not playable says my ownership is blocked or something like that ive contacted ea multiple times with they issue they have provided no solution to the issue just more problem does anyone have any idea how i can fix this so i can repurchase the playable games? at my wits end with ea they wont be getting another dime of my money until they start actually fixing the issues with these codes and broken games .
